Help needed for Sofortbild support for missing camera models

Thanks everybody who tried the Sofortbild Beta. Unfortunately I could not really figure out what works and what not. So I compiled a new beta version of Sofortbild which prints several information. Please download the new beta, run it and then send me the output.

To do so, launch “Console” and filter for “Sofortbild”. Then clear the log. Launch Sofortbild and try several things. Then send me an email to support[AT]sofortbildapp.com using the subject “Sofortbild Beta” including a short description of what you did, the model of your camera, your system information and of course the output. If the application crashed please add the latest crash report as well.

    I downloaded this beta hoping it will work with my Nikon D70s.

    It connected to the camera. I was able to adjust aperture, white balance etc – but… I was not able to capture images.

    I will send the log later today.

    Thank you for making this application. Nikon charges a ridiculous amount when Canon bundles theirs for free.

    I downloaded your ver. 1.0.1 to use w/D70s and it works great so far. I’m not very technically minded, so can’t do beta for you. I have a request tho. Is it possible to have the software write to the cf card at the same time it transfers the file to the computer, so if you have a crash, you still have your file on the card? Just a safety precaution! Thanks for a neat piece of work, too!

    I tested it with my d2h. It works great, but I did have one crash. I have used it on 2 shoots now.

    When I tried to connect to Nikon D300s it was not possible. Nothing happened.
    I tried One1 DSLR remote and it worked fine.
    However, I would love to have the Sofortbild features, so I would be thankful for Nikon D300s support.

    Hi,

    I like your software. It is elegant and simp[le to use.

    BUT…the application crashes often. It just turns itself off. My computer doesn’t crash. The Sofortbild software just turns off.

    I am using a Mac Book Pro with OS X version 10.5.8.

    Any ideas?

    I love your software too but I get your application quit do you want to relaunch and then transfers stop> Its so bad that I can’t use it during shoots anymore cause it is too disruptive. Brand new mac 10.6.3 but happened to my old one too 10.5.8

    I love your app and my Nikon d5000 also its great but i´ve the problem that I can´t shoot photos in the liveview.
