   Hi Stefan, the video hasn’t surfaced on http://hci.rwth-aachen.de/cocoaheads yet. Do you know where I could see the video of your presentation?

   Hi Nik, we didn’t record a video on the CocoaHeads meeting. But I’ll do a screencast showing exactly what I did then. I’m still in San Francisco but I’ll do the screencast next week, when I’m back in Germany.

   Please update Barcode to use the objective-C barcode reading library ported to iPhone called ZXING. It was created by google for Android and is well maintained.

   i just saw your application post to the app store. any chance you are planning on including QR code handling in the future?

   Thx – Just downloaded the app. Any plans for QR and also I created a code with a URL and browser does not launch. Do you plan to add that feature??

   A few comments, first of all thanks for this app! Is it possible to filter the image to produce a higher contrast when taking snapshots of matrices that are behind glass, or on a CRT monitor? Does the program also unskew a matrix that was taken at an angle? or one that is not square because it is affixed to some non-flat surface?

    Hi Stefan,

    i just got you Barcode App for my iPhone. i really like it since its not so sofisticated as NeoReader. with Barcode _i_ can decide, what to do with the decoded message…i regard this as a feature :-)

    but i do have a little problem or maybe i dont know how to operate the app properly.

    when decoding and SAVING the message it gets into this bookmark kind of folder. fine.

    but when i try to access saved messages, i just see the first words/letters of the text. i cannot open the whole one.

    am i doing something wrong or is there a bug?

    Hi there, great thank you! I was just wondering if I’m doing something wrong, every time I go to take a picture the app freezes, do you have any ideas?

    I need a framework to decode only CODE 128 barcodes from iphone camera, will be for comercial use, i´m developing a software for iPhone. Thanks
